Offshore service providers often specialize only in the creation of structures (corporate or personal) in their jurisdiction, without paying any attention to the legal and tax consequences for the client in his or her home jurisdiction. With a plethora of tax-pitfalls including the transfer of asset abroad legislation and the Settlement provisions, many clients find themselves, years later, with large and unexpected tax liabilities. Our managing director, Dominic Slattery CTA, has spent 15 years in the UK advising and specializing in the creation of tax-efficient trust and corporate structures and has worked along side the very best tax Barristers. Our mission is simple; to use our wealth of experience and accumulated intellectual property to assist clients with cost-effective and tax-efficient corporate and personal structures in order to allow them to advance their business internationally. For 8 years the staff of the company were assisting us, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The staff are very knowledgeable on local requirements, friendly and take pride in providing a great service to their clients. I used the company’s services for 8 years. We have worked with these guys for over 4 years and always found them to be efficient, approachable and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate in recommending their services. Something that has been very important to me and which One E has delivered is a solution that was tailored to my need and the company as trustees were there for the 12 years that transpired. Equally that you personally were with my account and aware of the relationship for the majority, if not all that period. The continuity is important to clients. particularly when dealing internationally by phone and email, in the main. Very pleased with the service provided, Dominic is very knowledgeable, contactable and approachable. I’m happy with the service to date.
