Our Mission

Offshore service providers often specialize only in the creation of structures (corporate or personal) in their jurisdiction, without paying any attention to the legal and tax consequences for the client in his or her home jurisdiction.

With a plethora of tax-pitfalls including the transfer of asset abroad legislation and the Settlement provisions, many clients find themselves, years later, with large and unexpected tax liabilities.

Our managing director, Dominic Slattery CTA, has spent 15 years in the UK advising and specializing in the creation of tax-efficient trust and corporate structures and has worked along side the very best tax Barristers.

Our mission is simple; to use our wealth of experience and accumulated intellectual property to assist clients with cost-effective and tax-efficient corporate and personal structures in order to allow them to advance their business internationally.
